The next two weeks is for the international break no one wants, but matchday eight in the Premier League took place across the grounds last weekend.
Burnley and Brighton kicked off the action on Friday while the round ended with Arsenal’s clash against Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium.

City and Liverpool share the spoils: There was no victor in what was the first encounter of the season between the favourites for the title.
Manchester City and Liverpool came head to head at the Etihad Stadium, but at the end of the day, they had to share the spoils. Liverpool took the lead through a Mo Salah penalty after Kyle Walker had fouled Sadio Mane in the box.
But City drew level just after the half-hour mark courtesy of a brilliant execution from Gabriel Jesus. Kevin De Bruyne had the chance to seal the winner after City were awarded a penalty of their own, but the Belgian sent his strike wide.
Although there was no winner, Liverpool would be the happier of the two teams as they maintain their five-point lead over City, though Pep’s men have a game in hand.
Mourinho Giving Spurs Belief: As stated earlier, Liverpool and City are the favourites for the title, but there’s another team that could run them close, and that’s Tottenham Hotspur.
Since their opening day defeat against Everton, Spurs have stayed unbeaten in the league, winning five and drawing two games. It could have even been better if they had not dropped points against Newcastle and West Ham at home.
Spurs were not in the conversation for the title when the league started, but with the way Jose Mourinho has gotten his wards playing, they are now the third favourite for the title.
There are still question marks concerning their defensive qualities, but with just one goal conceded in their last three league games, it appears Mourinho has found a solution.
Liverpool and City are still the favourites, but with Mourinho, who is a three-time Premier League winner, at Spurs, never rule the Lilywhites out.
Spurs defeated West Brom over the weekend, but their next six games will be a real test of their title credentials.

The Gunners did brilliantly against Manchester United, but on Sunday night, they were outplayed by Villa. The performance was shambolic, but it was not a surprise as it showed familiar problems.
Also, Arsenal’s mentality have always been questioned, and once again, it was laid bare on Sunday night. Before the clash, the Gunners had the best defensive record in the league, but following their loss, they now have a negative goal difference.
The defence is not the only issue. Although Mikel Arteta has done well since he arrived, it appears he has sacrificed his side’s attacking threat for stability. The former Everton star will need to find a way to balance the two after the international break.
Solskjaer Pulls Off Another Important Win: The pressure was building on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after back to back defeats for Manchester United.
There were even reports that he would be sacked if United lost on Saturday. But what followed is United pulling off another impressive away win.
The Red Devils haven’t won at home in the league this season, but their away form is impressive. On Saturday, they secured a brilliant 3-1 victory over Everton at Goodison Park, which relieved the pressure on Solskjaer.
Though the Norwegian is safe for now with the win, there needs to be consistency from his side, or else he could be gone anytime soon.
