A Liverpool fan has created a gofundme account for the club’s fans to pay for Jurgen Klopp’s fine after the German accepted a misconduct charge from the FA. GoFundMe is a for-profit crowdfunding platform that allows people to raise money for events ranging from life events such as celebrations and graduations to challenging circumstances like accidents and illnesses.
Nevertheless, a twitter with the username @LAIwys has decided to take it upon himself and the club’s fans by creating a gofundme account to pay for the manager’s fine. Jurgen Klopp accepted the charge brought against him by the FA for his overzealous celebration in the team’s dramatic victory over Merseyside rivals Everton on Sunday evening.

Klopp ran on to hug goalkeeper Alisson after Divock Origi’s bizarre goal in Sunday’s Merseyside derby. He will receive a fine of about £8,000 from the Football Association and has been warned about his future behaviour. Klopp, who had already apologised, had until 18:00 GMT on Thursday to respond. Speaking after Sunday’s game, which Liverpool won 1-0, to move two points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City, the German said: “I have to apologise because I didn’t want to be disrespectful – but I couldn’t stop myself.
